What do we need?

• Two (2) Forms of ID (Driver’s License and Original Social Security Card or Tax ID).
• One (1) Money Order for $75.00 per adult and 1 Money Order of $250 for Holding/Admin Fee.      Payable to Polo Run Apartments. 
• Four (4) Last paystubs. If present job is less than 1 month 3 pay stubs from previous job.

Our Requirements:

• One (1) year of stable employment to determine deposit.
• One (1) year of good rental history to determine deposit.
• Credit and Criminal Background Check.
• No Evictions or Broken Leases.
• Income requirements: Household income combined should be at least 2.5 times the monthly rent.

Note: Deposit varies from 1 month 

Co-Signer Requirements:

• Four (4) times the rent gross monthly income.
• No judgment or collections at all, with a minimum credit score of 700.
• No broken lease or evictions.
