Pet Policy:
We welcome small pets into our community. There is a $500.00 one time non-refundable fee for your small companions.

Application Fee
There is a $30.00 Application fee for each adult that is going to live at the apartment or $50.00 per couple.

What is included with the rent?
Polo Run Apartments will pay for water, sewer, pest control and trash removal so there will be no separate charges for these services.
